Discretionary, explicit and voluntary use of the contact form of the Website entails the acquisition of the mailer’s address as well as the other personal data eventually contained in the letter therein. The data will be used only to respond to Users’ request and will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be circulated.

2. Navigation Data

This category includes IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers used to connect with the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used to submit a given request to the server, returned file size, a numerical code relating to server response status (successfully performed, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

These data are only used to extract anonymous statistical information about Website use as well as to check its functioning. The data might be used to establish liability in case computer crimes are committed against the Website.

The owner of the Website has improved the You Tube visualization videos service (embed) using “Privacy-enhanced modality”. This means that YouTube will not install cookies previously, but it will do it only if will chose to see the video.
